He represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, construction, hospitality, transportation, yacht chartering, entertainment, and many others.

Nathan was born in Romania and grew up in Chicago. He knew from a young age that he wanted to be an attorney because he always enjoyed advocating for others and helping them solve their problems. Nathan is passionate about serving others, and appreciates the trust his clients place in him.

Background & Experience
Nathan began his legal career at a boutique law firm based in downtown Chicago, where he focused primarily on real estate, estate planning, and estate and trust administration matters. Afterwards, Nathan joined a mid-size law firm headquartered in downtown Chicago, where he expanded his practice and gained extensive experience in a broad range of transactional matters, including but not limited to commercial real estate transactions, construction agreements, business formation, general corporate governance and compliance, trademarks, business and commercial transactions, and general contract matters.

Immediately prior to founding Scurtu Law, Nathan was an attorney in the real estate and trusts and estates practice groups in the Chicago office of a national law firm with several offices across the United States.
